dual wield or new dagger skill line with more magicka based skill options

skills that use / scale on magicka are limited to guild skills, soul magic, and staves. would be awesome to have a few weapon skills whos morphs change the skill to scale on magicka. that is all.

✭I could totally see flurry having a magicka morph, because different between two is minimal. It will open maelstrom flurry builds on mag classes as well.2 -
