Can polymorph forms be given outfits? / Is Sai Sahan really a Daedra?

I think we should be able to give our polymorph some outfits. Now I know what you are going to say there is far more important things than doing something like that. However it is already implement. That or Sai Sahan is secretly a Daedra.

That is actually my Breton standing in Western Skyrim with the Augar Polymorph on from Imperial City. I had just purchased some armor from the Guild trader behind me. Which switched out the normal augar robes for the outfit I was wearing.
The personality is happy, because happy dadera are the best ones.1
