Just bought ESO on PS5 and I’m getting login errors when I try to link my account.

Hi there,

I am trying to log in to eso on PS5 and link my existing account to it but I’ve tried multiple times with the correct username and password and it’s not working. What do I do I really want to get into the game I just bought.

Thank you, I opened one up earlier today, I appreciate Covid has affected the team however how long should I expect a response to take? I spent £80 and would really like to start playing
