Now that I've read the previews, and seen a snippet of the dialogue that will, no doubt, eventually be grating after having heard it a million times, will there be an option to mute companions?

WoodenHeart✭✭✭✭They said on the live stream that there will be a slider where you can adjust the chattiness of the companions from very talkative to hardly at all. Whether you can shut them off entirely or not, I don't know for certain.
I suppose as soon as it hits the PTS we'll know and people will give feedback on it (which will most likely be ignored, like other PTS feedback).1
