I cant open Anniversary Jubilee Gift Box and i cant even delete them .

I cant delete or open them . For this bug every day i cant take more Anniversary Gift Boxes , or if i take (i ususally only take 1) i cant open it .
i have already deleted over 10 of them . but these 3 i cant delete . and i dont take more of 1 anniversary boxes for my daily rewards .
Please help .

Are you at maximum Transmute Crystals?

it would literally my 1st time spending them .
At a transmute station, as in Clockwork City. You can change the trait of an item for 50 transmute crystals or reconstruct any piece you have collected (see your stickerbook — overland, dungeon, etc. gear, anything but crafted) for 25-75 crystals a piece depending on how much of the set you have collected. Note that in both cases you must have researched the trait in which you wish to reconstruct the gear but only in the first (changing a trait) do you need to have the trait material.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Could you just turn off the add-on while you open the boxes?
On console if you open a box and have full transmute gems in your inventory screen you just lose the new ones.
