✭✭Not at all practical, but Warrior-Poet + Plague Doctor is kinda funny for getting over 100K Health when in giant boney boogeyman form! It's not the kind of niche that's worth farming gear for or spending resources changing around your build to attain, but if you've hoarded the gear anyway it's a neat thing to get a giggle out of at least once!

If you couple them with engine guardian and infused regen jewellery then it's actually quite a usable setup, and generates some "interesting" responses from people when you do battlegrounds - especially in the under level 50 stuff.
