Dunno if im the first one to post about this but I was tinkering with my build and went to see how did I have so much pen. Realized the numbers didn't add up and created a character from scratch and indeed the stats said 0 pen. Undressed mine, removed all cps and after discounting bosmer passive I ended with a free 2974 pen which is exactly minor breach or the master assassin passive from the assassination skill tree. The thing is after a bit the pen goes to its original value unless I exit the stat sheet and reopen it. After a while it does the opposite starts at the correct value then goes up. Is it counting me permanently flanking for stat purposes or is it just bugged? Am I the only one this has ever happened?

For numbers sake:
700+950+1453+3300+3276=9679 from cp, bosmer, stuhn's, maul, sharpened respectively

12653-9679=2974
