I've been looking everywhere for cloth crafting banners like the ones in Clockwork city in the screen cap, are these available anywhere for sale / crafting, if not, please bring these to sale ZOS, they're already in game, seems a shame that players can't get them.

You could try using one of the other Banners, like the Fence Banner or Mages Banner and then meld in the standard Crafting sign. Not sure how that would look, but it might be worth a shot.
