Impresario has gone missing

At least in Glenumbra the Impresario has disappeared. Her helper is still there, but she's nowhere to be seen.
Multiple reloads failed to bring her back.
This is on PC EU.

If this the same as last time, try to ask friends, guild mates if they can spot her in any zone and the port to them.1 -

Btw, there was absolutely no reply to my in-game bug report.

I could be mistaken, but I don’t think in-game bug reports are generally replied to. If it’s something you actually need a reply to, something specific to your account, etc., then submit a ticket on the website.
Can you still access the Impressario from other locations such as Stonefalls, Vulkel Guard, or any of the DLC capitals?1 -
