1. Does the Spell Pen from vMA Staff carry over to the front bar?
2. Does the Light Attack bonus to enemies in your Wall of Elements carry over to the front bar?
3. Regarding the recent nerf to ranged Light Attack damage: if a Magicka DPS is in melee range, do they still lose Light Attack Damage when using a Staff?
