Back in the day I remember if you blocked a heavy attack you could stop someone from regaining their resorces and it was a pretty cool mechanic to counter burst builds.

yea it was around elsweyr sometime. I wish it was reinstated, so it had better counter to HA builds. Also wish they made it so certain skills was interruptable all the time...atleast in melee range
