Are you also not seeing any new items in your inventory after seeing the empty boxes? Any inventory addons being used? Not heard of a limitation being officially announced. @ZOS_GinaBruno ?Has anyone else had trouble finding zero items inside a newly opened gift box? My initial research shows there's a cap of 50/day/character, which I shouldn't be close to. If it's 50/day/account, then yeah- I hit that level.
@Dolgubon might be able to give some clarification on Lazy Writ Crafter here.I think this happens if you use use Lazy Writ Crafter and your inventory is full.

Was the same way last year as well. I actually use the option now if I am short on time, but was bugged a bit when it started looting my Jub boxes for me automatically a day or two into the event, as I kinda like opening them one by one and being surprised. Great feature, but really shouldn't be forced on.

Huh. I didn't notice it last year - of course, I'm sometimes a total space cadet so possibly I noticed, turned it off, and by this year had forgotten all that!
Yes, I quite agree - most stuff like this should default to OFF.
