✭Why don't you look at the patch notes and the information provided?
The extension was to fix the hitching issues which supposedly made the game unplayable.
Now consider how often the game has hitching issues and it's left up without comment, by this you can safely assume the game was worse than it's ever been live, ergo a fix was required.
The extension was just that, to fix something that caused the game to be unplayable that wasn't seen before they attempted to bring it live.

Thanks for tip on patch notes. Finally the copyright date on the splash screen has been updated to the current year. That was all I could think about while waiting for anything that had anything to do with inventory to respond.Edited by kmcaj on April 6, 2021 8:08PM2
