Getting Massive Lag and Ping spikes on NA PC

It has been going on since the patch maintenance earlier today but is getting worse and more frequent.
The game keeps hitching up and freezing becoming unresponsive and I have had multiple disconnects tonight.
I know you all are having massive problems with PS4 but after that could you please look into this issue on NA PC which is getting worse, it isn't just me who is experiencing it.

✭I have also been getting lag spikes this morning on PC NA. Wasn't terrible when i was on. A few seconds of 400-1000+ range every minute or two. Also ping steady in 200s. My normal PC NA ping is 75-120 and the average is about 85-90 most of the time.0
