Why didn't I get the Auroburos box and the pet after Thursday's Twitch, which I watched the whole time? My account is well linked.

I can't open a ticket, the section is not listed... And as I will not receive a response to my report.

Because the pet was given on Wednesday during the short preview of Blackwood at 3pm edt (it lasted like 25mins) and NOT on Thursday during the Eso live.
