I have done a bit of research, but the available information on the internet is pretty sparse, so I might as well ask here:
Does the level of your weapon skill line have any effect on the damage of your base attacks? I.e. does a light attack with a staff deal more damage at lvl 50 in staves compared to lvl 1?
