how long can you keep undaunted keys for?

Do I have to use them up daily?
Or do they just it in my inventory?
I thought I collected one, next day, did a undaunted dungeon check my inv...only had 1 key...

You can have as many as you want. They are account wide and saved in currency tab in you character screen. You can hoard them and never use them if you with to.1 -
