Can craft only cooking ?

I wanted to craft but i can only cook cant do the other craft skills anymore i haven been in the warrior guild and there they wanted me to learn what i already learned long a go.

cjhhickman39✭✭✭✭Is this a new character? If so you do have to start at the fighter and mages guilds again.
If not did you complete all the quests given to learn the trades?
If you haven’t you have to finish them to start writs0 -

✭✭✭If you want to do writs, you need to talk to the npcs that do the certification quests. One is in the fighters guild and one in the Mayer's guild.
If you want to craft, you need the mats and the appropriate crafting station.
