<I want Fallout4 building style snapping function>

Housing is very enjoyable contents.
But current layout function of ESO very annoy me.

--> I need snapping function like the Fallout4 (*But needs snap ON-OFF switch)

-->I need unit sized *fundamental structure object like the Fallout4.
(*wall, floor, pillar, roof, truss structure beam, simple stair)
Current size of housing art asset is too much big length.

I want to make the loft space at the high roof building, or home barn
for the my mount creature.

-->I want *axis changing switch between world and local.
Sometime, I feel very difficult to define object attitude and location.
(* Or snapping function like the Fallout4)
