Hmm, I just noticed something
Usually whem I'm playing I monitor my computer status, just to make sure nothing is wrong.
Usually I Got my GPU (RX580) on an averange of a 70º Celsius (Or 158 °F for those of USA who insists on using literally the worst units of measument for everything #USAADOPTTHEMETRICSYSTEM), and that maintains on most of the game enviroment...
Except dungeons
Yesterday I was monitoring and the momkent I steped into a dungeon my GPU reached 85ºC (185ºF), peaking in 87°C (188,6 ºF).
That moment I closed the game and went to reconfigure my Graphics card to see if I could do something to relief it's strain, I bought two new fans... with that i managed to reduce to 80ºC in dungeons (176º F), and in open world goes down to 67ºC (152,6ºF).
The question is: The common sense would make-me belief that open world enviromment should produce more strain to the graphics unit than inside world, but in ESO that turns out to be the oposite. why is that?
