Cherry blossoms don't work, bug or my bad?

Cherry blossom doesn't always work. in fact, more often than not it just throws blossoms in front of me and there is no halo on the player I'm targeting.

You are correct. You have to be pretty close to the target for it give them the halo effect.

PC NA(no Steam), PvE, mostly solo
