How do I get the Jubilee Cake 2021? It is greyed out in the tool collection. It states that I need to complete the 2021 anniversary event. I have completed all the Jester event options; and do not see any achievement required for the " 2021 Anniversary event". How do we accomplish this?

It was the same last year and people complained about it because they lost tickets, because they ate the cake without checking how many tickets they had. Personally I like it though, but then I'm crazy attentive of my inventory so...3 -
