The Pie of misrule memento is missing

the pie of misrule memento is not in the mementos menu list. It is not under J for Jester, or P for Pie or T for The Pie. I have completed with one character the 1st quest this year AND completed the full Jesters festival in 2020, last year, and have not got the Pie of misrule memento so I cannot get the XP boost. Any real help would be welcome guys...

    Zos, in their infinite wisdom... put it under a new group called Tools.

    The Pie of Misrule has moved to the tools section. Once you complete the intro quest for the Jester's Festival you can activate it to gain an XP boost.
