I've run into a few different occasions where trying to "do too much" leads to getting booted from the server. One is when returning master writs in mass quantities too quickly. Have to do it slower than I manually could to avoid the kick. Another happened when I had too many addons messing with guild sale histories. I don't know if that latter one is possible anymore with new limits in place regarding sale history.

Anyway, what I mean to say is, the server likely thinks you are causing it too much work and boots you. It can happen both with and without the aid of addons. Doing what you do but slower might work to avoid that, if it is addon related then might have to look into lightening the addon load.
