Werewolf transformation disappears after exiting public dungeon

Haven't I'm root sunder with plenty of timer left. It just out cancelled transformation after exiting dungeon

    Confirmed ^ , just happened to me as well (earlier today in Cyrodiil cave)

    This is normal behavior, literally been this way since game launched.

    It is not just public dungeon. It is every time you "change zone". So if I exit or enter delve - I am back to human form. If I use wayshrine to different zone - I am back to human form. If I port to my house - I am back to human form.

    Seeing how they added justice system penalty on all WW abilities & transformation, in the name of lore & immersion, loosing WW form just by exiting or entering a cave is very immersion breaking.

    I am not sure. I remember that I could exit or enter dungeons or delves and my WW form would not drop... I think it all started with the addition of justice system penalty. When they 1st added this, there was a bug that city guards and npcs were considering you a WW even though you were back to human form. So you were running arround in human form and NPCs would scream "A werewolf ! Run !" etc.

    The way to fix it would be to chnage zone. And I think that once they fixed with a patch - the problem with WW form reseting started. Which is not surprising. They fixed one thing and broke something else...

    Sad part...this was fixed once upon a time. How did it break again?

    After the Criminalized Werewolf came into effect, I think they reverted the change to protect the player in case they ported anywhere crime is reported.

    Been playing since launch and almost all my toons are Werewolves, literally ANY time I have ever changed a zone or loaded I lose Werewolf, if you didn't before I'm not sure what hacks you were using xD

    I've been Werewolf since launch as well and i distinctly recall being able to exit without auto-transform. (and i've never used ANY add-ons ----Yes i realize i'm in the minority on that lol )

    Furthermore, it seems to be inconsistant, cuz i just exited a delve on 'Malabal Tor' zone ,with full Werewolf bar , and it auto-tranformed me back to Argonian self after loading/exiting. However, for another cave last night, it didn't.

    Maybe it's only for certain zones/maps whereby the 'criminal act' detection code exists for certain outdoor NPC's?

    Or maybe it's just a long load-time which clears the Werewolf bar time remaining?

    I'll try to pay better attention to it today and see if i can pinpoint better details.

    You must of took a break or was unlucky. They had fixed it..but like many things it broke again
