How can I disable this? I'd like to hear the music of the game, the effects of my skills and the sounds of the world around me.

✭✭✭✭Aww, I think it's nice that the devs put in a lil' something for the ERP players this time around, they've been neglected for too long.
Honestly we could do without a lot of the noises our toons make. I seriously hate that horrible gasp they put in when we get rezzed.18 -

There are probably other skills that is true of but it’s more noticeable when it wasn’t there before.

GW2 has the option to disable combat vocalisations - which are pretty hilarious tbh. Female human: *lands a crit* BAM! 😈 *gains swiftness* I could outrun a centaur!🐴 *gains burning condition* I'm on fire!!! 😱 *loots an exotic quality item or above* Mine! All mine! 🤩 ... So our characters shouts during encounters results in quite a stream of - amusing, but quickly annoying - gibberish, and luckily there's an option to disable that.
I could really do without having to listen to my character's grunting in ESO too, thank you. My otherwise super stylish Dragonknight sounds like a Giantess giving birth every time I cast break free. 9 -

Moonspawn✭✭✭✭The way I arrange my skillbar means this bug makes my character scream his head off every other second. It is so disruptive I had to resort to setting my whole Effects Volume slider to zero. Playing like this has been miserable, but it did put an end to the constant grunting, moaning and yelling that was just not there before update 29. I offer solutions, and hope I don't have to settle for this diminished experience for long.
- ''Character Voice'' slider added to the audio settings.
- ''No Voice'' option added to the character creation.
- At least remove the vocal screeching from streak, as it was before update 29.Can you help solve any of the FOUR critical flaws of Two-Teams BGs ?

Because the grunting sound characters make is "heavy attack" sound, and there is no sound while "break free" which makes combat confusing3 -

Try channeling streams of magical energy from the little understood undercurrents of a parallel astral plane to dissolve your physical manifestation into an energy bolt and materialize again a few yards away, several times in a row until your nose bleeds, and see how dignified you sound...3 -

ha well counter point is the Flash runs with the speed force and doesn't grunt each step he takes

✭✭✭✭✭Unstable Blockade has a grunt now that I'm pretty sure wasn't there before. Between that and Jabs my Templar is really obnoxious to play now.

✭What do you mean bug? I always grunt with physical exertion when I cast magical projections of the mind!
EDIT: Maybe they should make streak cost stamina due to all that heavy lifting. Or maybe require you to have a sweetroll in your inventory for each streak made during the fatigue window.

That would make sense for a spear or shield charge but not for blink teleport because you just materialize in another place.0 -
