There's this place in Deshaan I cannot get because it's surrounded by rocks. Is there a way? It is in the north east of the Deshaan map.

It's probably quest-related. I remember one area in an Aldmeri Dominion quest that was on the map, but the only way to reach it was by going in a house, entering a hole in the ground, going through a cave, then resurfacing in the area.

GarieSoul ShrivenYou can get there by not taking the portal in the main chamber after killing Vox, but rather by seeking an alternative way out of that dungeon. I believe its a portal up a corridor instead.1 -
