Raining/Snowing Indoors

I noticed it happens in player homes and the buildings on Bleakrock isle. I suspect it is only occurring in instanced interiors but I have not tested it enough to confirm that.

I saw it for the first time in Cyro. Entered a house and saw snowflakes swirling around and then it just poofed the further I got into the house. Thought I was seeing stuff tbh. Haven't seen it anywhere since then though.
