It doesnt inrcrease dmg from channeling abilities like dizzy swing or mist form or soul ultimate. So what's the use of this set?

Dizzying Swing is not a channeled ability, it just has a cast time. Blood Mist is magic damage, not any of those 4 types. Soul Assault is also magic damage. Deadly only applies to Martial DOTs and channeled abilities.
What's the difference between an ability having a casting time and a channeled ability?

A cast time skill, like dizzy or hard-casted frags, have a short delay before any damage happens. A channeled skill, like jabs or jesus beam, is constant damage from start to finish.

Isn't mist form a toggle now, like overload? I haven't used it in years. It activates and stays on until you turn it off again,or you deplete whatever resource is keeping it active.
