Thats usually a tank, but its not unheard of for a healer to be given the job.
If not on torugs duty, I'd suggest putting a drain magika enchant on the resto so that if you do find yourself low on magika you can regain the maximum with just 1 resto heavy attack and get back to casting ASAP.
The destro could go for a spell damage enchant, but I'm currently eying up frost enchants for when my healers re-gear up.
Extra uptime on chilled sounds good, but I'm not sure if it'd add enouth to be worth sacrificing the potential spell power boost.
Not really able to test it for myself unfortunately, the patch made PS4 WAY too broken for me to feel comfortable running group content right now.

Too wasteful to use that azure magica enchant glyph on the Healer. No healer should have sustain issues
