Social Ban... AGAIN! 6th ban of an account in our household in 2 years

So this evening we jumped into a vet Elden Hollow II with our family, 4 accounts in the same household. At the end of the dungeon we went to trade gear and low and behold one of our party can't trade with anyone. This is the 6th time it's happened, 3rd time for that specific account. We were all on discord and didn't even type anything into chat so I can't understand what is triggering these bans but they are frustrating. We have logged a ticket: 210317008266 but what we'd really like to know is wth is tripping these bans and is there anything that can be done to stop it? @ZOS_BillE you've helped in the past, any thoughts?
