Rules will be updated and adjusted up until Friday March 26th 10:00pm EDT. So everyone will be able to finalize builds and see whats expected for the tournament. Anyone with input please discuss in #rules-discussion

Sign ups:
Sign ups will be a little different this time around and ARE REQUIRED by Wednesday March 31st by 10:00pm Eastern Time. Please X up in #sign-ups for this.
Anyone not signed up by 10pm on the 31st will not be allowed to compete.

Using whatever you want is dumb, that is why some stuff is banned in tournaments. If the wouldnt be a ban list, people would be carried by sets in duels (which is true in many cases in alikr duels).

Also what server/platform is this tournament happening?

Eternal vigor gives crazy survivability for a 1v1 and is very stat dense, thats why its banned. Same as you dont want people with alessian in duels. Or would you like to duel a 7k hp recovery build, when average dps in a duel is like 3-4k...so that build outheals you just by hp recovery.
