Why the 5-6 second delay with swapping gear on console?

Is this intended on console? If so, it’s going to get old real quick. Each piece 6 seconds .....?
I mean, we dont have the dressing room addon.

    I had a mild delay when getting stuff out of the bank but nothing while swapping gear. I think you just got a DLC launch gremlin.

    There is literally a cool down on everything now. Now when changing dyes or styles for my outfit I have to wait 2 seconds between actions, otherwise my character becomes locked out from performing any actions (sort of like when you disconnect). Only relogging fixes it

    I’m in my house trying to test some gear parsing. Lol. Ya, 5-6 seconds between swapping each item. Not fun. Will try resetting

    I use gamepad mode on PC and have the same experience when swapping gear,so certainly not just a console bug.

    Delays swapping gear, delays in bank, delays at guild traders, load times between wayshrines...game isn't faster, it's slower.

    Same here. Takes forever to put stuff in bank or take stuff out, too.

    This. I am on Series X and it’s horrible. The entire game freezes for several seconds every time I’m changing gear.

    Bank is laggy and can blue screen you... beware.

    A friend of mine on PC said he's having the same problem with the console UI. This sounds like a bug and not intended.

    Went to clean up my bank and there was a 5 second delay between every withdrawal.
    That adds up when removing 20 or 30 items.
