Not receiving the access code email that I need to log in

When logging in yesterday, I got a notice that it was an unrecognized device and they had to send me an access code by email. The code never arrived. I tried adding noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com and disabling virus protection, but still nothing.

Rather annoying since I logged in a few days ago with no problem.

Received the reply from the support team that basically just told me to repeat the steps that I said I had already done.

Still no access code.

Well...I am finally able to log on again. No idea why the problem was occurring, but after changing to a new email address, everything worked fine.
