[Not a Bug - Sorry] Infamous doesn't work

Hello,
I was happy to see new CP related to thief that I immediatly spe in it when I came back to the game.
And it seem this "star" INFAMOUS in green CP's doesn't work.
As you can see in the screen, only the 10% from "Haggling" are take into consideration, but not the 25% from CP's.
So far I like these new option, hope you can fix it, would be nice to make the thieves guild a decent way to earn gold ^^

Same here, I do not have Haggling, I have over 400 skill points on my main but 10% ain't worth 4 skill points for me, especially since I don't steal that much.That annoying dude on PC-EU.1 -

And not only will the green text change, but the white star icon will get a green constellation stamp over it when it is properly slotted.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭Drag the star to the top bar — since it’s the green tree, it needs to go in one of the four slots on the left third of the bar.
Don’t forget to hit Confirm. It doesn’t cost anything, but it needs to be confirmed to count your stars up top as active.4 -

So a tip on this--you can't just reslot this (even though it saves it) you have to commit it also for the haggling thing to bump up to 35 percent. I would have lost out on a bunch of gold if not for checking this!💙💜Hello, My handle is LiliumCobra (Lili). I also go by Jiffy.
