Zenimax please fix stealth and cloak application

For months now cloak and invisibility potions have been breaking if you get server-side struck by ANY damaging attack (THAT MEANS NOT JUST CHARGE) before applying its effect to yourself, regardless of you being quicker than your opponent.

For clarification to those who don't know what I mean:
Person A hits a spell on his bar or his proc set activates with no hits visible, having them queued on the serverside.
Person B activates cloak BEFORE Person A hit/used that spell, but nothing happens yet having it queued on the serverside
Person B gains cloak effect (stealth) but has it instantly broken because Person A's spell just went off the server queue and hit person B.

This has been reported by class reps in their huge list of current bugs, reported by 100s of individuals and yet it has been present in the game for so long, really ruining true skill-based fights and duels. Playing my NB has been extremely frustrating because of this. And I mean yeah sure it happens in 1 out of 3 times mostly if you 1v1. But it damn happens ALL THE TIME when you try to 1vX or outplay a group in BGs.

Please Zenimax, consider taking a look at this before Q2 update.

    Solution 1. After casting cloak it can't be broken by damage for 1s.

    Solution 2. Cloak and stealth can't be broken by single target damage unless you're revealed by skill or potion.

    PS. Prepare for flurry of posts like:

    "ClOak CoUntERs tO WeAk! We NeeD 1000m DeTecTion PotIoN wIth no Cool DOwN"

    etc. etc.
    I'm done with this game because of ZOS pushing us into Vengeance, because they don't know how to fix Cyrodiil.

    Yeah I'm already mentally prepared for 1000s of people complaining about stealth and claiming how NB is easy to play and what not.

    If they can not fix it (invisibility will be still getting broken), a decent compromise would be to add some portion of resources you consumed to cast ability, refunded, if for example cloak was interrupted with 1 second after you cased it.

    Alternatively, they could bring back purge. Long time ago, cloak used to have a build-in purge, so if you had a negative effect on you, (that could potentially un-cloak you) - it was removed.

    Later on, ZOS changed that to dots suppression. Negative effects were no longer removed, but instead suppressed, so those were no longer breaking invisibility. It was working more or less for a year or two, but it started to fall apart somewhere around Elsweyr update, and it is a down-hill since. More & more things are breaking it, even things that are not supposed to.

    If you do not played a NB, to understand the issue i will give you an example. A good comparison would be for example if LA or single target skills were resetting you back to original position after you used Streak.
