For months now cloak and invisibility potions have been breaking if you get server-side struck by ANY damaging attack (THAT MEANS NOT JUST CHARGE) before applying its effect to yourself, regardless of you being quicker than your opponent.
For clarification to those who don't know what I mean:
Person A hits a spell on his bar or his proc set activates with no hits visible, having them queued on the serverside.
Person B activates cloak BEFORE Person A hit/used that spell, but nothing happens yet having it queued on the serverside
Person B gains cloak effect (stealth) but has it instantly broken because Person A's spell just went off the server queue and hit person B.
This has been reported by class reps in their huge list of current bugs, reported by 100s of individuals and yet it has been present in the game for so long, really ruining true skill-based fights and duels. Playing my NB has been extremely frustrating because of this. And I mean yeah sure it happens in 1 out of 3 times mostly if you 1v1. But it damn happens ALL THE TIME when you try to 1vX or outplay a group in BGs.
Please Zenimax, consider taking a look at this before Q2 update.
