Addon's that track items and their quantity across multiple characters?

I have multiple addons and am struggling to identify which ones are displaying items and their quantities across multiple characters because 2 of them I have are doing the exact same thing when an item is moused over in my inventory ui:
The quantities of ghastly eye bowl per character over are shown to the left listed twice and overlapping.
Rather than having to disable each addon one by one, I was hoping someone on here might know which addons do this?

And it looks like this, because you do not have enough screen space.

I adjusted the "Show Info in Separate Frame" setting to off and the lighter blue text was gone leaving only the darker blue/mauve text in the tooltip frame:
