A lot of Xbox players, myself included, are reporting similar things happening. I had a few thousand crowns leftover from when I last bought some during the last sale, and then all of a sudden jumped to 44k. Other Xbox players have reported receiving anywhere between 2k and 100k crowns with no explanation.

On Xbox I know many cases of ESO plus mo they ones not arriving.

Also I'm not exactly sure how many j had before this glitch.

Can we request to see all the credits / debits on our account and if so how?

There are new sub options on Xbox that weren’t there last time I subbed (it was previously monthly only). I subbed for every 3 months which will be running out soon, but I don’t seem to have been given my crowns for those 3 months. I have changed my sub to the every 6 month option now, but how can I go about getting my sub crowns if they don’t come through yet again? I would like to have what I paid for, so any help would be appreciated. TIA.
