✭Yup... just finished adding all my crafting points back to my crafter and the game just disappeared. No error, no blue screen... just gone and back to desktop.

Me too. I could (barely) put up with having to redo my builds every quarter. Having to grind out stuff in content I'm not interested in.
But this, along with new NP grind...man. I just want to log in and PvP and have a chance. I always feel like I'm chasing a moving target in this game.15 -

✭✭✭I find this so baffling. Not only is it so so easy to reassign skill points, there was plenty of advance warning, and even an addon for PC to do it automatically.
I have 16 characters and I'm not at all dreading finishing this on the rest. It's a one-time thing that will be over so fast. And it's a free respec that some of my characters needed.
This seems so minor compared to other MMOs where the entire gear cap increases every major update, rendering old gear obsolete.
Like you're allowed to cancel your subscription for whatever reason, but trying to bring other people down because of a medium inconvenience seems a bit overdramaticPC-NA

Yeah dude, I play this game almost every day and I didn't know. How is that on me? I am not the only one that didn't know. Not that I even care. I was literally just asking where the information was. If people want to be informed about the development and upcoming changes, the website is the place to go. Noone is forced to read, but they should refrain from complaining if they decide not to.

I could not possibly care less whether I found out about this early or not. I literally just wanted to know where the information was. I have no CP though, but the new system is interesting and might make me want to get to level 50 - what I've avoided so far.4 -

But tedious. Slow. Dull. Boring.
Can definitely understand why players are using this as a reason to quit: it's a strong de-motivator to continue playing. And a non-combat freebie pet is laughable if it was intended as an inducement to continue.
I have mules so I will largely ignore them on both servers; only 1 or 2 'main' characters to redo when I get around to it. Otherwise, I'd be probably be out, too.11 -

✭✭✭✭✭When I found out skills were going to be reset I installed an addon that saves all your skills and attributes. So with a couple of clicks I loaded up my saved profiles and it filled my skills back in. Then I only had to worry about the Champion Points.PCNA1 -

Just when you logg on the character, put Skill points. Done in 5 minutes. Took you longer to make a complain thread in forum then assigning skill points for one character.

✭Am I the only one that uses the respec shrines to assign points to skills?
For anyone that is unaware, at a respec shrine you can hold down shift when you click on skills to automatically max them out (the passives at least) and you only need to confirm once, at the end.
Takes about 2 min to do, and far fewer clicks than in the OP.
[edit] Shift + Click works with pretty much everything, BTW. For instance, with CP it will automatically increase/decrease to the next jump point, and at merchants/crafting stations it increases/decreases by 10.Edited by Langeston on March 9, 2021 7:19AM9 -
