✭They are the same thing just overcharged is like 4 secs. Unless you need the pen then you could proc it easy with wall and charged staff so just drop skill0 -

✭✭✭✭✭I'm not necessarily disagreeing, but Major Breach is very much the main reason I use EleDrain. Along with no cost and no aggro. I would argue that dropping minor magjicka steal from 300 to 168 renders magicka steal kind of useless and certainly not worth slotting for magicka steal alone.PC NA(no Steam), PvE, mostly solo0
