Honestly, I was fully expecting performance to be worse after the rework, and maybe it's just the placebo effect at work, but I actually think the game feels more fluid and responsive now. Of course, it might just be the fact that we just got a new patch, but characters feel much more snappy, inventory faster and easier to navigate, and skills seem to be firing off without as much delay.
Cyrodiil works. I can't believe it I must be dreaming...

Well I can see many people just grinding Cps. But if its working in No Cp where people may not be doing that as much. Then For sure its a good thing they changed the system. Given by what people are saying about the pve zone stuff. That means it is working at least for outside of Cyrodiil. So overall I think that they did something good with reworking the overall system. As for Pvp Cyrodiil, I can see it actually helping there as well.
Because the servers wouldn't be stressed by Cp throughout the entire game with all the calculations. However I can still see it getting laggy for players that pvp there. But hopefully not nearly as bad.

When I was doing my writs and opening my writ reward crates there wasn't a long pause. Is that normal to not have the long pause. It stood out as odd to me. lol
