How's Cyrodiil on consoles?

Just wondering how Cyrodiil is running nowadays on console. I took a break from it for a year or so now, used to play on PS4 and stopped when there was 5-6 second delays on the skills firing I think last Jan-Feb?
Anyways, I have a PS5 now and am kinda thinking about giving it another shot. If anyone here still plays in cyrodiil on console, I would definitely appreciate your feedback on how it is right now.

✭✭✭✭✭Still on PS4 and the lag/skill delay is the worst it’s ever been.
Sometimes I can’t even light attack.
What can you do though? I want to PvP.

✭As others have said, it has slightly degraded over the last year.
