Elsweyr Tapestry, Water Flowers is too dark

I love this tapestry, but unless I put it outside where sunlight shines on it, or place a lot of bright lights around it, it's so dark you can barely see the pattern. I don't have this trouble with the other Elsweyr tapestries, so not sure what's going on here, but I hope they can fix this so I can use it in more places.

I took some screenshots to show it in low light, with lights around it and outside in the sunlight.

I believe the Breton Tapestry, Boughs generally looks quite dark, but it’s now been a while since I tried placing it and I haven’t directly compared it to other tapestries.

Wow that's pretty bad. It almost looks like someone smudged dark stuff on it

Unless there is bright light shining directly at the front it's like that. That's why it works outside, but it's almost impossible to make it work inside. Even putting candelabras in front barely brightens it up. I've tried chandeliers too but if they aren't directly in front, which obstructs it's view, they don't help.

I forgot to mention it's the same in every house I've tried it in.
