I love how everyone likes to assume a majority of players enjoy not having proc sets. Anyone who mains a magsorc in PvP certainly loves it, meanwhile everyone else hates not having access to proc sets. We end up having damn-near unkillable builds because no one has the damage to take out these PvP tanks, nor are able to burst a magsorc quickly enough (even with several people) before they teleport 4 times to be well out of reach.
We only tolerated these changes because we thought they would be temporary and we had double AP. Now the change is here to stay for half a year, no double AP, and non-magsorc classes are still super gimped by comparison.
