Proc server vs non proc server

This isn;t a debate. this is more so a "poll" but a poll in the forums gives inaccuracy for most of us are keyboard warriors and not cyrodiilic warriors. myself included... XD..
Why not for a month DO 3 proc servers and 3 non proc servers. then evaluate population. that will give an accurate reading of what the real pvpers want.
