Some days ago someone told me, that in brazil crowns are really cheap right now. I just took a look at it and noticed, that crowns are not even 1/7 of what they cost in my country.
That seems really strange. I also know, some people buy crowns via VPN or how every they manage it. So here is my question: Is that legal?

2. you have your region set somewhere in your account and it won't let you buy as if from Brazil0
