I logged into cyro for the first time in a while tonight, and the stamina regen bug still isn't fixed, in fact its worse than ever. I noticed it when mounted, I noticed it when standing on a flag, my stam just stayed at 50% until I changed weapons.
Cmon ZOS what's the deal here? This game is broken, and this bug (one of many) is just crazy for a game this old.

lazywhiteseal✭✭✭that gate dismount bug in cities is still present too. i think its been well over 3 months already.
i dont think zos really cares about minor bugs tbh. and im sure they are aware of it because that dismount bug was posted in forum before.
and in your case i think its a ui glitch though not a bug. im not sure cuz i never got it before.
but in similar case, there was an hp glitch really long time ago dont know if its still present right now. it was a glitch where my hp would regen to the max but the ui displays only a portion of the hp, even displays the low hp effect.
i had to die to fix it, reloadui or healing didnt work.
if you find a bug report it. and you'd literally have to pray for zos to fix it. dont keep your hopes up. theres a glitch/bug i currently like its a rare size glitch on necros when they get cc'd right before they do goliath ult leaving them to stay a giant but without ult form indefinitely until they change skill bar. i dont think others can see it but...thats been present for eons.Edited by lazywhiteseal on March 4, 2021 11:45PM0 -

Do you have Prevent Attacking Innocents on?
Rapids targets them. It’s a bug, supposedly fixed with Monday’s update (next Monday, the 16th, for console).

Shardaxx✭✭✭✭✭ZOS already knows about this bug, its been present for many months now. Putting in tickets is a waste of time, they always come back to you with some generic advice which doesn't address the issue.
