It makes no sense why race changes are not included in the free respecs. It doesn't allow a holistic approach to character experimentation like what's marketed by "Rebuild your characters from the ground up". Is this a deliberate decision to drive purchases through the Crown Store?

    There is no mechanism in the game to change race outside of getting a token.

    So either they give you a set number of tokens, of you get to keep the race you chose when you created the character.

    The second option is fine by me.

    If you want to experiment freely, download the PTS.

    [Snip] CAN give free race changes after they make a change to it. Adding to it, because some races like Nord were nerfed HEAVILY, ZOS absolutely SHOULD give everyone free race changes.

    I mean seriously, "live with your choices"... My choice was to not let Nord get nerfed. However, since ZOS has decided to change what I have paid good money and faith towards not changing, then the least they can do is offer me the ability to change my race for free. Especially since the change was caused by them and NOT me.

    Oh too bad you picked the strongest race at the time so you can cheese content but now it is getting nerfed, just live with your choice or re roll an alt lol
