I mean off-balance now only affects heavy attack builds and stamden. The change affects everyone who had the exploiter CP. I’d say you were the least impacted if you are running a heavy attack build, you’ll still want off-balance there, it just does nothing for skills or light attack damage now.0 -

✭✭Off balance should still affect DK flame lash, although I think that morph is very rarely used in group PvE.1 -
