PC NA Server Connect Issues

Can connect to the PTS just fine, but cannot get into either PC-EU or PC-NA on my account.

Have restarted the router and then the computer; still no luck.

I was having this issue and deleted my addon folder. It then let me connect. I added the folder back and got the error again. I then deleted the addons one by one until I found the one that was causing it for me. (For me it was "Miats pvp alerts")
